Project Details:
Complete fabrication of 2 each Water Bath Heaters (WBH), 2 each Cyclone Separators, 2 each Filter Separators and associated piping works for the Al Khour Project, supplied to Forain Gaz Teknolojileri ve Mühendislik Hizmetleri A.Ş. The project covers the entire manufacturing process, including preliminary quality documentation, shop drawings, material procurement with mill certificates, fabrication of equipment and metering line spools, rigorous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), FAT, and external surface preparation and coating tailored to each equipment type.
Scope of Work:
Preliminary Documentation (ITP, Schedule, Weld Logs, NDE, Test Procedures, Weld Maps, WPSs, WPQs), Preparation of Shop Drawings where necessary, Material Procurement with Mill Certificates (EN 10204-3.1 for pressure parts, EN 10204-2.2 for non-pressured parts), Procurement of Consumables, Provision and Delivery of Insulation Materials for the Water Bath Heaters, Manufacturing of Metering Line Spools, Water Bath Heaters, Scrubbers and Filter Separators, Cutting, Bevelling, Fit-up and Welding, Quality Control and NDT of Welds, FAT (Dimensional and Visual Inspection)
