Project Details:

The project involves the complete pre-fabrication and site installation of 5 storage tanks with varying capacities (3350 m³, 2300 m³, and 500 m³) for Cargill's Balıkesir facility. The comprehensive scope encompasses end-to-end manufacturing, including galvanized spiral stairs and platforms, optional tank insulation for the 2300 m³ unit, surface treatments, and rigorous Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in compliance with API 650 standards.

 

Scope of Work:

Project Documentation, Material Procurement, Pre-fabrication of 5 Site Tanks, Manufacturing of Galvanized Spiral Stairs and Platforms, Site Mobilization and Assembly, NDT (API 650), Hydrostatic Testing, Pickling & Passivation for Stainless Steel Tanks, Surface Preparation & Painting for Carbon Steel Tanks, Tank Insulation Works (for 2300 m³ tank), Supply and Installation of Specific Instruments (Drain Valve, Blind Flange, Glycerin Thermometer, Thermowell, Sampling Valve, and Ball Valve), and Final "As-Built" Dossier.
