Project Details:

Complete manufacturing of heater separator production units and trailer-mounted well test units for TPAO gas fields in the Trakya and Batman districts. The order comprises 2 each 3-phase (10 MMSCFD) and 1 each 3-phase (20 MMSCFD) units for Trakya, and 2 each 2-phase production units and 2 each 3-phase well test units for Batman, together with 2 each CE-certified tow trailers. Units are designed for pressures of 1480 PSI (ASME 600) and 2110 PSI (ASME 900), and the Batman units are built for highly corrosive service (H2S & CO2), with dual fuel burners (NG-Diesel). The well test units are equipped with flowmeters for fluids and a SCADA system, and are mounted on semi-trailers for easy relocation between wells.

 

Scope of Work:

Design and Engineering, Preliminary Documentation (ITP, NDE, WPS/WPQ), Material Procurement with Mill Certificates, Fabrication of Heater Separator Production Units (2 Phase and 3 Phase), Fabrication of Skid-Mounted Well Test Units with Frame, Platform and Handrails, Piping, Valves and Instrumentation, Dual Fuel Burner (NG-Diesel) Integration, Flowmeters for Fluids and SCADA System, Supply and Integration of CE-Certified Tow Trailers (Directive 2007/46/EC), Quality Control, NDT and Testing, Surface Preparation and Painting. Final deliverables include "As-Built" documentation, packing, and loading.
