Project Details:

Complete mechanical design and fabrication of two Mixing Drums for P&G's St. Louis facility.

The project covers the entire manufacturing process, including material procurement,

machining, hot-dip galvanizing, stainless steel passivation, and Vendor Acceptance Testing

(VAT).

 

Scope of Work:

Mechanical Design, QC Documentation, Material Procurement, Fabrication (Welding &

Machining), NDT & Quality Control, Surface Treatments (Galvanizing & Passivation), VAT,

Packing, Loading and Final QC Dossier.
